Advanced 3D Planning: When needed, we use 3D cone beam imaging to carefully plan implant and grafting procedures. This allows us to evaluate your bone and surrounding anatomy and plan treatment with precision.

The diagnosis is named, the options are laid out with what each one can and cannot achieve, and the cost is put in front of you before anything is booked.

Non surgical therapy first where it will work, surgery where it is needed, coordinated with your general dentist so the sequence is agreed by everyone.

Remeasured at every recall against your original chart, at an interval set by your tissue rather than by the calendar.

Patient information

Is scaling and root planing the same as a cleaning?

No. A cleaning removes deposits above and just below the gum line. Scaling and root planing is a therapeutic procedure that cleans the root surface deep inside the pocket, and it is done with the area numbed.

Will my bone grow back?

Bone that has been lost does not return by itself. Treatment stops the loss, and in selected sites a bone graft or regenerative procedure can rebuild some of what was lost. Whether that is possible depends on the shape of the defect.

How often will I need maintenance visits?

More often than a standard six month recall, because the pockets that remain repopulate with bacteria faster than healthy tissue does. The interval is set from your own chart, not from a rule.

How long do implants last?

An integrated implant is designed to be permanent. Long term success depends on the same things natural teeth depend on: hygiene, healthy gum tissue and regular professional care.

Can an implant get gum disease?

Yes. Peri implantitis is an inflammatory disease around an implant that behaves much like periodontitis around a tooth, and it is one of the reasons implants are followed rather than simply placed and forgotten.

Who makes the crown?

Your restorative dentist. We handle the surgical phase and hand back for the abutment and crown.

We treat every referral as a shared case. Your patient returns to you with the surgical or periodontal phase complete and a written record of what was done.

Clear Communication: We keep you informed throughout your patient's care. Consultation findings, treatment recommendations, and relevant records are shared with your office so we can stay aligned every step of the way.
Your Patient Returns to You: We're here to complement your care, not replace it. Once periodontal or surgical treatment is complete, your patient returns to your office for restorative and ongoing dental care. When periodontal maintenance is needed, we coordinate with your hygiene schedule to provide seamless long-term care.
